The Northern Lights Wolf Center
Not far from Golden is the Northern Lights Wolf Center. It's an educational center working to promote wolf conservation. You can learn more from their website.
One of the experiences they offer is a "Walk with Wolves" and I was happy to get an opportunity to go. We went for a walk in the Blaeberry valley with a grey wolf named Flora. She's friendly and well trained - and obviously gorgeous.
